5. GuggulEZ100 is a patented form of guggulsterones which can burn fat by increasing thyroid T3 hormone levels. But this is possibly only when one takes 2-3 grams every day. But Lipofuze doesn’t have required amount of guggul in its daily dosage. So, it is hardly qualified as a “miracle” ingredient.
6. Bioperine is a standardized black pepper extract which is said to stimulate digestion. This can be counter effective as it might stimulate even hunger making you to eat more.
7. Green tea: This is a great ingredient as has some real benefits for weight loss when present in a significant amount. But, unfortunately, Lipofuze is highly unlikely to have required amount of green tea.
The other ingredients present are Capsaicin, Synephrine HCL, 7-OXO DHEA, cinnamon, phenylethylamine, ginger, and 20-hydroxyecdysone (a plant (and insect) steroid.
This pill can never aid you lose 10 pound of pure Fat in 7 days. If you can lose 1 pound (pure fat, not water weight) in a week using Lipofuze, you are lucky.

LIPOFUZE is indeed a scam and the pill does not work!!!! Neither does there phone number on there website LIPOFUZE.COM, I took the pills and got sick, when i tried to call the toll free number it did not work….Do your self a favor and STAY AWAY from these pills….
I’m furious at this company! I purchased one bottle, and the money was taken from my account IMMEDIATELY. However, I have yet to receive the product and it’s been about 3 weeks. The number on their website has been busy for two weeks straight. Also, I have written several emails, all of which have gone unanswered. I honestly don’t know how this is legal.

I agree with Brittany and Melissa bring ephedra back its the only thing that ever actually helped me lose weight fast. I actually bought Lipofuze and it came to my house quickly, like 3 days. I started taking it and it gave me lots of energy but bad indigestion. I continued taking them anyway hoping that it would go away. I didnt lose a pound. I emailed them and they got back with me within a few days. Gave me the return address and within about a week after sending it back I got my refund.

I tried the detox first and didn’t work, not a pound lost. I have lost 4 pounds in a week using lipofuze. I drink one in the morning and one before lunch with a full glass of water and have felt no side effects, just a bit of heartburn for a few minutes, I burp and it goes away. Is lifting weights a good way to lose some weight?
Lifting weights builds muscle. If it does help burn fat, you will bulk with muscle.
Jen you oviously have no idea about training. Tereasa weighs are a great way to lose weight the more muscle mass you have the fast your metabilism and the more cals you burn. Also after weight training your body continues to burn fat for 48 hrs after the session when cardio burns more cals but as soon as you stop so dos the burn.
And you wont build loads of muscle because girls don’t have lot’s of testoserne.
I started taking Lipofuze yesterday. I lost almost 2 pounds yesterday and another today. I am sure this is water weight, but I eat very well yet still have a hard time losing weight. In fact, after watching my fat intake and eating much smaller portions I actually gained weight (a few pounds) the past few weeks. I have been really tired today and not felt really well but I think that is because I took one at dinner last night and therefore did not sleep well. The bottle says to only take at breakfast and lunch. I am going to keep trying them and see what happens this month. Also, I received my bottle within 3 days… no problem at all.
I tried Lipofuze as well and I have had a totally different experience. It’s funny that so many people say that it gave them energy because it completely zaps my energy. The first day I took it, it put me to sleep for almost 4 hours! Not only that, it gives me a constant headache and makes my mind feel fogged like I can’t think straight. This pill does nothing to cause weight loss. It makes me feel miserable and I haven’t lost any weight and I’ve even decreased my daily caloric intake by 500 calories :-/ I haven’t tried to return it yet because I guess they’ve changed their return policy and now they say you have to try the whole bottle in order to refund, which means you have to wait 30 days or else they’ll know you didn’t try the whole bottle.
This has to be illegal there has to be something that can be done in order to stop them from taking people money and not even giving them the product that was paid for. Isnt that called theft. Hi I tried Lipofuze for an entire week and I lost 4lbs!!! The down fall was that I had severe anxiety, dying of thirst, and had a sever headache. One thing is that it did supress my appetite but I dont know if I rather have this anxiety and pounding in the back of my head vs. loosing weight….

I have been on for a week, terrible heartburn and after a few hours I get soooo tired and irritable! It does curve my appetite for the day though, a lot actually! Not sure if its worth being so tired though…
I bought this on ebay, for about $10.00 cheaper..but I must say , I wanted to lose about 5-10 lbs., that I just can’t lose any other way.. This pill has done nothing for me..I walk every day, get plenty of exercise and I have yet to lose a pound.. I did as the bottle told me also. Just a quick question, I was wondering if anyone had any problems with their periods? I’ve been on the pills for 1 week now and it still hasn’t arrived.
This pill is bad! I have taken 54 of the 60 pills, but the last 6 have now gone in the trash. (I just wanted to keep trying before I gave up on these pills.) I did not lose any weight, felt tired, had heart burn (which I have never had before), and the worst thing…severe nauseau. Nauseau to the point that I have missed a few days from work because of this horrible side effect.
I will find another way to lose 30 lbs. before I subject myself to such torture again. It is just not worth what I went through to lose weight like this. I would rather be 30 lbs. overweight and feel good.
I am on day 2 of taking the Lipofuze pills. I noticed the suppression in appetite I have had- even to the point of wanting to throw up. I see many people have complained of heart burn. I haven’t had heartburn, but definetley a feel of indegestion, like acid sitting there in my chest.

The purpose of losing weight is for improved health. If the weight-loss does not also lead to this then it is not worth it.
As someone who lost 15kg in a year in 2008 and maintained this loss during all of 2009 I know what worked for me and that is doing a lot of regular exercise, in particular weight-based but also a fair amount of cardio-vascular, and a moderate diet, reducing the amounts of things that are obviously bad for you like cake. Note: reducing, not necessarily cutting out completely.
The weight exercise seems to be the key factor though. Do that and you’ve probably solved the problem and you’ll be healthy too.

I ordered the whole kit, 3 day detox, 7 day slimming, and 30 day Lipofuse. The detox was miserable to take but I saw some weight loss. After I moved onto the slimming pill I felt horrible. I wound up not finishing it because I couldn’t take the nausea and headache anymore. I rested my stomach for a day and moved into lipofuse. First day I couldn’t keep it down. Day 2 I felt nauseas but I often do when taking supplements of any kind. After that I felt fine just a little foggy. But I dropped weight like mad at first. (water weight) after that I plateaued. I’ve had a foggy headache and been really irritable. I think it’s the pent up energy. Tomorrow I’ll start running to see what that does. I’m half way through and I will be honest I’m not perfect at a pill schedule, I am an exerciser by heart but I lost my drive about a year ago and was looking for a way to get back in my old clothes and give me a jump start on restarting my work out program. I would not recommend planning heavy work out for the first couple weeks till you know what this pill will do to you. I will say that although my weight has plateaued my waste has dropped 3 sizes! Not sure how’s that’s possible. I’m going to finish the month and I’ll let you all know what the overall is. It’s funny how all these comments are negative. I used to weigh 150, and now I’m down to 110. You need to exercise with this product. It’s not just going to eat your fat away. It’s called working out, you don’t see results unless you work. It’s not handed to you on a shiny gold platter. I use this product, and in the beginning yeah I didn’t feel the best, I did vomit and have diarrhea but after my body got used to the nutrients in the pill, it helped burn off the calories. I’m literally on my first day of LIPOFUZE after doing the 3 day extreme detox thingy to kick-start the process. I’m young, I exercise regularly and eat well, just trying it out of curiosity more than anything. I don’t have much weight to lose, only 5 – 7kg. So far, after taking only 2 pills I’m feeling foggy, shaky, and have a noticeably increased heart rate. My appetite has definitely decreased already but I’m a very busy person and understand that energy comes from food so I made sure to eat all my lunch.

i have just finish my 2nd day with the 3 day detox and was woken up with extreme abdominal pain. i haven’t had bowl movements in 3 days and i feel like that is why i am in so much pain. i called the number given on the lipofuze website, and unlike what i read in some of these comments, they answered the phone within a minute or so and told me to either cut my dosage in half or to not take my last days worth at all. i had also told the woman that i was reading online that a lot of people didn’t get their money back, and she said the reason why people don’t receive their money back is because it states on the website that when you return your bottles one bottle of lipofuze and one bottle of the detox can be open.. if you ordered 3 bottle and all three are opened then no, you wont get your money back. and also you need to have a number or code given by the people in customer service. i hope this helps you guys.
i however am going to atleast try my first bottle and see how that goes. but other than my abb pain the pill seems to be keeping me from eating. and a headache now and then but nothing thats not too bad.
Hey how don’t we know these negative comments are the competions If the effects were so severe we there would be warning from lawyers having people call to seek legal help like we see on tv having to do with diseases and dangerous pills and we haven’t. I read all of the mixed reviews and was not sure about taking the risks. I orderd the pills on line and received within one week. Today is day 1 and the only obvious effect that I have noticed is that I feel like my eyes have increaed in size (extra alert) like drinking too much coffee. However, I do not have the jitters, nor heartburn, nor headaches, nor upset stomach like others have described. My appetite is much less, which is good. Overall, pleased with the product for day one.

Hi i have just finished the 3 day detox .. was a bit worried about taking 10 pills in one day .. but i lost about 2 1/2 pounds .. today is the 1st day of tablet.. i had 2 at 7.30 then has porrige at 8 oclock and have been drinking water, i have been waiting for side affects .. but so far none have came ..in fact i feel great ! sometimes i get like goose pimples and feel hot but on the whole good im not sure when to take the next tablets at dinnertime about 1.30 ish ot rea time about 5.30 ish … but if they keep you awake maybe i should take them at dinnertime just dont want to take them too close together any way i will let you know what happens .. i noticed that i have not had a coffee yet i just want water its nearly 11 o clock and i normally have at least 2 cups by now ! lol
Lipofuze does work for some people. It has worked for me and I’m one of those people that have high expectations. It got me down 7 lbs in 5 days with no side effects at 2 pills a day besides not having an appetite.
So I will say it is unhealthy for me because of the loss of appetite so I won’t continue to use it but if you can manage to eat the the amount and type of food to nourish yourself properly, go for it.
I have to say I was totally freaked out by the reviews and so called side effects that I wasn’t going to try it.
Bottom line, take your own advice.
